Empowering Women’s Political Participation: Successful Completion in Trincomalee
We are excited to announce the completion of our “Empowering Women’s Political Participation” project in Trincomalee, which concluded with its 10th and final workshop. This initiative aimed to equip women with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage meaningfully in political processes, enhancing their role and presence in governance.
Throughout the project, participants gained valuable insights into political law, leadership, and advocacy, empowering them to become active contributors in shaping the future of their communities.
As we prepare the final report, we also look forward to organizing a closing ceremony that will reflect on the journey and celebrate the impact of this project. This initiative has paved the way for continuous efforts in promoting women’s leadership and political engagement in Trincomalee.
